In what concerns meat, here you will find it from many sources: cows, sheeps, suines or goats.

Every region has its way of cooking meat, so every place you go to will offer you a different experience.

The portuguese learned how to improve meat from many animals. So they created gastronomic specialties such as: Chanfana, Feijoada from Trás-os-Montes, Dobrada with white beans and Rancho with pasta and chickpeas, Iscas from liver, Carne de porco à alentejana and the famous Cozido à Portuguesa.
